Bachir E. Rabbat, P. Eng.
Founding Partner
Bachir has significant experience creating, financing, launching, monetizing and restructuring businesses. During the past 17 years, he has been involved in numerous industries in North America and Europe including construction technology, hospitality, software development and telecom consumer services. Bachir is also a co-founder of Quest Partners S.A. in Geneva.
Bachir has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business – University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario.

Bryan J. Murphy
Founding Partner
Bryan has over seventeen years of experience in a diverse range of roles ranging from Finance and Marketing to IT, Merchandising, and General Management with Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited. During this time he led and managed a number of major corporate initiatives focused on strategy development, implementation of enterprise wide change initiatives, business creation and startup, and restructuring assignments.
Bryan served on the Board of Directors of Covenant House Toronto (Canada’s largest youth shelter) from 1999 to 2006 where he chaired the Fundraising Committee and the Youth Employment Committee. He is past chair of the Head Office Council of Canadian Tire’s Foundation for Families, and past chair of the Wine Whiskey and All That Jazz Event benefiting Covenant House Toronto.
Bryan has an HBA and an MBA (With Distinction) from the Ivey School of Business – University of Western Ontario.

David Sutin
David is a private investor and financial advisor. Until 2001, he was executive-vice president of Harrowston Inc., a private equity firm. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate and real estate investment activity, public and private debt and equity financings, financial restructurings and operational turnarounds. He is or has been a Director of numerous public and private companies.
David is currently a Director of Patheon Inc., Director and Chair of Brampton Engineering Ltd. He is also on the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Gilda's Club Greater Toronto, a non-profit organization.
David has an MBA from York University, 1975.

Craig Graham
Craig is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur. He is or has been a significant owner and CEO of the following organizations: Smith Books, Wilson Stationers, Cashway Building Centres, FRI Corporation, Illsley Bourbonnais, 21st Century Investments and Funds and Executive Risk Insurance.
Mr. Graham is or has been a director of several public and private companies including; Entertainment One Income Fund, 21st Century Investments and Funds, Executive Risk Insurance, Chairman of Sun Gro Horticulture Income Fund, Liquidation World, and Chairman of Shanghai Songrui Forestry Products Inc.
Craig graduated from York University, with an Honours BA in Psychology.
