    Bachir has more than 22 years of experience internationally as a business strategist and advisor, with a focus on creating, financing, monetizing and restructuring companies.

    He has advised across a range of industries, from construction technology to financial services, in North America, the Middle East and Europe.

    His expertise includes operations management, strategic and financial planning, compliance, human resources, corporate finance, intellectual property and engineering.

    Bachir also has significant expertise in financial regulatory matters. For the past eight years, he has obtained authorizations on behalf of clients from the UK Financial Conduct Authority, the Central Bank of Ireland, the Central Bank of the UAE and the Ontario Securities Commission.

    Bachir is fluently trilingual in English, French and Arabic. He is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario, with an MBA from the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business and a BSc in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University.

    Bryan is a trusted advisor to business owners, leadership teams and executive managers. His strength is providing practical solutions to complex problems. He has extensive experience in M&A and corporate finance, business and financial strategy, restructuring and turnarounds, and technology/business program management.

    Bryan’s international experience includes advising high-growth, technology-oriented businesses and mature, multi-channel organizations in North America, Europe and the Middle East. He has successfully managed the start-up, turnaround and ongoing operation of businesses ranging from $500,000 to $500 million in sales.

    From 2000 to 2006, Bryan was a board member of Covenant House Toronto, one of Canada’s largest homeless youth agencies. He chaired its Fundraising Committee; is a member of its Executive Committee; founded and chaired a board committee focused on employment; and as a volunteer mentor.

    Bryan has an HBA and an MBA (With Distinction), from the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business.
